Leander, Texas Housing Report for April 2020

In April 2020, the Leander residential housing market experienced a Median Price increase of 0%, holding steady at $285,000.  However, Active Listings were down 2.1%, and Closed Sales were up 5.5%.  Homes in Leander, Texas sold 20 days faster in April 2020 and there is currently 2.3 Months of Inventory, indicating a Sellers Market.
