Georgetown, Texas Housing Report for April 2020

In April 2020, the Georgetown, Texas residential housing market experienced a Median Price increase of 3.4% (compared to April 2019) at $282,730.  Active Listings were down 3.7%, and Closed Sales were down 28.1%.  Homes in Georgetown, Texas sold 1 day slower in April 2020 and there are currently 2.6 Months of Inventory, indicating a Sellers Market.
