Cedar Park Housing Report

In April 2020, the Cedar Park residential housing market experienced a Median Price increase of 7.1%.  However, Active Listings were down 24.3% as well as Closed Sales by 49.2%.

Cedar Park, Texas inventory is at 0.8 months, which is considered a Seller’s Market.
