Austin, Texas Housing Report for April 2020

In April 2020, the Austin, Texas residential housing market experienced a Median Price increase of 12.7% (compared to April 2019) at $422,735.  Active Listings were down 6.3%, and Closed Sales were down 34.8%.  Homes in Austin, Texas sold 11 days slower in April 2020 and there is currently 1.6 Months of Inventory, indicating a Sellers Market.
